The Louis Francois Centre for UNESCO aims to raise awareness of artistic practice and the issues of climate change among the young people of the world. It strives to unite young people through the action of creating an international dialogue promoting the values of UNESCO.
Since 1978, Our goal has been to »Inscribe childhood and youth into the memory of humanity«.
We therefore invite you to participate in our international visual arts competition and our French language poetry competition. All participants’ work will be conserved in our artotheque, ‘Memories for the future’, as a recording of the creativity and talent of young people.
Since 1994, we have archived around 100 000 artistic creations from 150 countries! A unique treasure for the world …

Winners will receive a medal and a certificate on the day of the official awards ceremony (Saturday 2 June 2018) in Troyes. Winning entries will be put on display at our annual event »Graines d’artistes du mode entier« from 29 May to the 2 June 2018 in ‘l’espace argence’, Troyes.
